We want to make your online WILLS & PRIOR shopping experience an enjoyable one. We understand that this means packaging and processing your items quickly and accurately. You will receive an email notification with shipment tracking information within 1/2 business days of placing your order. All merchandise is carefully pulled and packaged by the team in our Stratford, ON shop.
Free Local Delivery on all items.
In-store Pick-up – Free
Simply select “Pick-Up In Store” at checkout. We will notify you within 24 hours when your package is ready.
Standard Item Shipping
$17.95 Flat Rate Shipping Charge is Applied to All Orders.
Standard items include items such as bedding, linens, pillows, books, candles, tabletop, small lighting, bath and body, accents and accessories. Any large or fragile item(s) excluded from this offer are indicated as so on the item page.
Furniture and Large Item Delivery
Large and fragile items like furniture and oversized wall décor are available on our website as In-Store Pick-up Only. This will be indicated within the product details.
If you are a customer located within 200 km of our location we are happy to offer a delivery service for larger items such as wall art and furniture to be delivered to your address. Please contact us for custom delivery pricing at email@example.com .

OUR RETURN POLICY
Changed your mind? We are happy to offer a return for store credit within 30 days of your purchase with the original receipt. The item must be received and inspected by WILLS & PRIOR staff to be in the same condition it was sold in. A store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. This gift card never expires, and can be used on any future purchases.
We do not offer refunds.
SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL PURCHASE and are not eligible for a return for store credit.
