PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE
We are looking for applicants who possess a sincere interest and passion for home decorating and lifestyle trends who genuinely enjoy working in customer service.
We are seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Associate who has experience in customer service and/or retail environments or experience working in a related lifestyle or design industry. The individual we are looking for will be responsible for communicating with retail customers, assisting with purchases as well as collecting payments from customers. We're interested in hiring candidates with a wide range of experience in both business and retail environments and who are motivated, hardworking team players.
Strong communication skills are essential.
We are looking for candidate with a passion for home decorating and lifestyle trends. If you love reading home decorating magazines and watching HGTV, use Instagram to follow your favourite designers and lifestyle accounts and love discovering new products and trends - we want to hear from you!
Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions regarding the prices of items and services.
- Staying up to date on Wills & Prior merchandise
- Stock items in the sales area and organize stock room as needed
- Anticipate customer needs and provide product or service appropriate for each customer.
- Greet customers with enthusiasm
- Facilitate sales and work to meet sales goals
- Store opening and closing tasks
- Receiving merchandise and supporting online orders team as needed
- Perform all required tasks as a collaborative team player with a positive attitude
MARKETING COORDIATOR
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement through various channels. This position requires a blend of creativity, strong eye for detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Previous marketing experience an asset but not essential.
If you are a candidate with a passion for home decorating and lifestyle trends and an interest in marketing we encourage you to apply. This in an entry level position that works closely with a Supervisor who will provide training.
Experience using Shopify, Canva and Mailchimp is an asset but not required.
Weekend availability required.
Duties
- Work with a Supervisor to develop and execute email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate content updates on the company website as required.
- Work with a Supervisor to create compelling promotional materials.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings and enhancing user experience.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Other tasks as assigned
- This position also requires sales support in the retail store.
Experience
